I have always loved to go shopping, primarily technological gadgets because I want to use new technologies. However, sometimes I am unable to understand the proper functioning of a newly bought gadgets. 

What was it, and when did you buy it? 

A similar situation happened to me about two months ago. I bought new gadgets to run tv programs on television. The name of the device is ‘Amazon stick.’ it was a new technology to understand for me. This is a replacement for an old tv cable system as it is a wireless internet base small device that is highly convenient. 

What does it do? 

It is just like a small gadget that we put on the Tv, which supports it. After the installation, we have to set up all the instructions to run it well And then it just works like a regular program. 

Explain how difficult it was to be used? 

Since it was a new technology, I didn’t have the way to use it. I tried to read the instructions from the manual that comes with the box. It was a very tedious task for me to do according to the given instructions. I watched some videos on YouTube like the way to install, and after so many trials and errors, I finally was able to connect the device. It took me about 2 hours in total. I almost hated it, but I should have contacted the customer care service of this device. Well, it was a good learning experience.
